Export your WhatsApp contacts
to CSV, Excel, vCard or your CRM. Free and unlimited. Runs 100% in your browser.
- Groups, contacts & chats
- Every detail — names, numbers, timezone
Why Tooly
Read-only
Reads your contacts — it never sends a message from your account.
100% local
Everything runs in your browser. Your contacts never leave your device — no server, no upload, ever.
Unlimited
No 30-contact cap, no daily limits. Export your whole list — every group, every contact.
Real, active numbers
Real, active WhatsApp users only — never dead numbers. Reads what's loaded in WhatsApp Web.
Every export, detailed — on your device
Other tools hand you a list of digits. Tooly reads each number's country, timezone, likely language, line type and original carrier — and shows the contact's local time right now. All computed offline. No lookups, no pings.
Filter by country and local time
Filter down to exactly who you want: business vs personal accounts, specific countries, or only the contacts whose local time is right now. No more messaging people at 3 AM.
One click to Google Contacts & your CRM
Tooly maps the columns for you — an import-ready Google Contacts CSV, or a mapped sheet for your CRM. Plus plain CSV, Excel, vCard and developer JSON.
Groups, contacts & chats
Pull members from any group, all your saved contacts, or the people you've only ever chatted with. Filter by read / unread, exclude admins, and dedupe to one clean row per person.
Export history & pins
Tooly keeps a local history of your exports so you can re-download any of them in one tap — and pin the lists that matter so they're always within reach.
Read-only, by design
Most "WhatsApp exporters" are really bulk-message senders. Tooly does the opposite, on purpose — it only reads the contacts you already have, and never sends a message or touches your account.
Read-only by design
Tooly reads WhatsApp's own contact data. It never sends messages or automates anything — it only reads what you can already see.
Nothing leaves your browser
No server ever sees your contacts. Compare that to tools that quietly POST your WhatsApp number to their backend while claiming "we don't collect data."
No popups, no upsell spam
Tooly doesn't inject anything into WhatsApp Web beyond reading your list. No promo overlays, no nagging, no funnel into a paid bulk sender.

Good to know
Is Tooly safe for my WhatsApp account?+
Yes. Tooly is strictly read-only: it reads the contacts you already have and never sends a message or touches your account. It only exports data you can already see.
Where do my contacts go?+
Nowhere. Everything runs inside your browser on your device. Your contacts are never uploaded to any server — Tooly has no backend that ever sees them.
Is it really free?+
Yes — unlimited exports with full details (timezone, carrier, local time and more) are free forever, no account needed. Premium is only for the filters, one-click CRM presets and JSON.
Which numbers can I export?+
Group members, all your saved contacts, and the people you've chatted with. You can filter by country, account type, read/unread, and dedupe to one row per person.
Why did I get 0 (or only a few) numbers?+
Tooly reads only what WhatsApp Web has actually loaded on your device. If your chats and groups aren't loaded yet, there's nothing to read — open WhatsApp Web, let your chat and group lists load (scroll through them), then scan again.
What files can I export to?+
CSV, Excel, vCard and JSON — plus ready-made presets for Google Contacts and HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce.
