Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Tooly. Payments are made in cryptocurrency sent directly to our wallet addresses; approved refunds are returned in cryptocurrency to a wallet you specify (normally the equivalent of the USD amount you paid).

14-day money-back guarantee

If Tooly Premium isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full — no complicated questions. This applies to your first purchase of the Lifetime plan.

Subscriptions & renewals

• You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Premium access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period begins, except where required by law or at our discretion (for example, an accidental renewal reported promptly).

How to request a refund

Email support@tooly.contact from your account email, and include your order/receipt number so we can process it quickly. Most refunds are approved within a few business days.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
