How payments work

Tooly Premium is the paid plan of Tooly, a Chrome extension that exports your own WhatsApp Web contacts on your own device. Premium costs $3 for a month, $12 for a year or $20 for lifetime access. Each is a one-time payment, and nothing renews automatically. We accept payment in cryptocurrency (USDC, USDT, ETH, BTC and SOL).

What the checkout page does

Shows your order

The plan, its price in USD, and links to our terms and refund policy.

Gives you a payment address

After you pick a coin and network, it shows the amount, a payment address for your order and a QR code. The QR code holds a standard payment link (ethereum:, bitcoin: or solana:) that fills in the address and amount in your wallet app.

Waits for the payment

Our server checks the blockchain for the payment and unlocks Premium on your account. That usually takes a minute or two (3–5 minutes on Ethereum, 10–30 minutes on Bitcoin).

What it never does

• Connect to your wallet or wallet extension.
• Ask you to sign a message, approve a token or sign a permit.
• Ask for a seed phrase, recovery phrase or private key.
• Move funds for you. You send the payment yourself, from your own wallet.

If a page that claims to be Tooly asks for any of these, it is not us. Please report it to support@tooly.contact.

Where your payment goes

Each order gets its own payment address, so we can match your payment to your account without asking for a transaction ID. All of these addresses belong to one wallet that we own.

After a payment arrives, we forward it to our treasury. On EVM networks the payment address needs a little gas to make that transfer, so our wallet sends it a small amount first. On a block explorer, that is why a payment address receives a small gas amount and then forwards the funds.

Bitcoin and Solana payments go to our own wallets on those networks. Email us if you want to verify them.

Stay safe

Always pay to the address on your own checkout page, never one copied from a block explorer's history. Scammers send fake transfers from look-alike addresses (the same first and last characters) to make them appear in your history.

Lifetime purchases have a 14-day money-back guarantee, paid back in crypto. See the refund policy. If you paid the wrong amount, coin or network, email support@tooly.contact with your account email and we'll sort it out. Other questions are answered on the support page.
