What ends up in your spreadsheet
Every row is one contact, with columns you can actually use:
- Name (saved and public), phone number in clean international format, and a wa.me chat link
- Country and dial code, estimated carrier, and the contact's local time of day
- Account type (business or regular) and whether they're a saved contact — computed on your device from bundled offline data
Excel, CSV or vCard — which should you pick?
Excel (.xlsx) is best for analysis and editing. CSV is the universal format for importing into Google Contacts, a CRM, or another app. vCard (.vcf) imports straight into your phone or Mac address book. Tooly gives you all of them from the same scan.
