These Terms govern your use of Tooly — a Chrome browser extension and companion website that let you export your own WhatsApp Web contacts, phone numbers and chat leads. By installing or using Tooly, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Tooly does

Tooly reads contact and chat data that is already loaded in your own WhatsApp Web session and lets you export it to files (CSV, Excel, vCard, JSON) and CRM/ad-platform templates. Tooly is read-only: it never sends messages, and it does not upload your contacts to our servers — export processing happens locally in your browser.

2. Your responsibilities

You must have the legal right to access and export the contacts you process, and you are the data controller for that data.
You will comply with all applicable laws — including data-protection and anti-spam laws — and with WhatsApp's own Terms of Service.
You will not use Tooly, or data exported with it, to send unsolicited messages, spam, or for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tooly. The free tier is available at no cost. Tooly Premium unlocks additional features and is offered as a single one-time (Lifetime) purchase — there are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.

4. Payments

Premium is paid in cryptocurrency sent directly to Tooly's own wallet addresses — there is no third-party payment processor and no card entry. Prices are stated in USD; the exact crypto amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Lifetime is a one-time purchase; the 1-Year and Monthly passes are prepaid and do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. See our Refund Policy.

5. No affiliation

Tooly is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of its respective owner.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Tooly is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every number is deliverable or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Tooly is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using Tooly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use Tooly unlawfully.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
